Progressive Dental is a technology-forward, full-scope dental clinic in southeast Calgary. We are seeking a confident and capable Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This opportunity is well-suited for a dentist with strong surgical or implant skills who is ready to step into a busy, well-supported environment with strong patient demand. We are currently referring a volume of procedures due to patient volumes and looking for support to instantly reduce this.

Location: We are located in the heart of Calgary’s vibrant and growing southeast, our clinic draws patients from a wide range of nearby residential communities. Progressive Dental is minutes from transit, shopping, and green space, making it easy for both patients and providers to love coming here.
Clinic Highlights
Schedule: Minimum of 2 clinical days/week (flexible, Monday through Friday schedule)
Clinical Setup: 12 operatories (up to 3 chairs for associate, increased chair space on Friday), 5 hygiene chairs.

Clinical Focus & Growth
Progressive Dental is seeking a provider looking to focus on advanced procedures:
Restorative and Fixed Prosthodontics Dentistry
Simple Extractions & Advanced Oral Surgery (impacted molars, extractions)
Endodontics (including molars, experience with re-treats, curvature and calcification would be considered an asset)
Invisalign (experience with clear aligner orthodontics and/or traditional orthodontics would be considered an asset)
Implant Dentistry (placement and restorations; surgical experience needed)
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 4+ years of experience in general practice
Strong surgical and molar endodontic proficiency required
Fluency in implant placement is considered a strong asset and a strong determining factor in the hiring decision
Must be an excellent communicator with a collaborative, professional demeanor

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
